I have to admit that I am completely addicted to German apple pancake. This was the second pancake I made this week. In this recipe, I used half and half, which gave the pancake richer taste. Also I cut down the amount of flour, and added more apples that were browned and caramelized in the pan first. The pancake was amazingly delicious. Lots of apple flavor with the caramelized taste, which made a great pair with cinnamon. Dusted some powdered sugar on top, served it with maple syrup, and it was divine.
