Absolutely outstanding. Much better than the Absolutely perfect paneer recipe on this site. We used fresh spinach and we used sour cream instead of yogurt. Surprisingly we didn't find it all that spicy, just a nice background warmth on the palate even though we used 4 fresh green/red chilis and the cayenne pepper.
