Here is a kind of throw together recipe I came up with: If you are entertaining you can garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a caesar salad, garlic bread and a nice chablis. The idea of the recipe is great, but made with Campbell's soup. I have never had that kind of poor quality food in my pantry. Anyone have a substitute for the canned soup?
