Very light yet flavorful summer salad. It was very easy to prepare, and the leftover was still tasty the next day. I used whole wheat couscous, toasted the frozen corn in the pan for about 5 minutes, which really enhanced the flavor of the corn. I used cherry tomatoes from our backyard. We had it for supper, simply delicious, especially good on a hot summer day.
