Had this delicious Korean stew for dinner a few days ago, finally got all the photos done today, and was able to put them up to the site for everybody to view :) The dish was so easy to make, and it didn't require any special cooking skills at all. All the ingredients you should be able to find in all the Korean or Asian grocery stores and supermarkets. The Korean hot chili sauce and miso made a delicious base for the stew, tangy and flavorful. You can use spinach instead of bok choy, and you can always use cooked chicken or beef strips instead of tofu, just add them into the pot at the end of cooking with bok choy together. It's a real comfy meal, and I always serve it with some homemade cabbage, daikon or cucumber kimchi (see links below). Absolutely delicious!
