Once a while I need the taste of Asian food, I think the major reason is that Asian food is the kind of food I grew up with, so it's something deep in my memories and palate, and nothing can never replace it :) Put this dish together the other night for supper, used everything that I had on hand, so quick, easy and it was very flavorful. Like I always say, it's hard to go wrong with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. I also added some hot sichuan chili oil and made a cucumber salad to go with it. Filling, tasty and very healthy!
