Not sure what was the best way to shoot this dish, because the sauce itself wasn't the best looking sauce, that's for sure. But the flavor was actually right on, the pea sauce was cooked with all these spices that recipe called for and it turned out delicious. It also gave the creamy texture but without any cream or milk, which reduced the fat in a big way. Simply tossed it with our homemade pasta, topped with some cilantro and served it with a dollap of plain yogurt. We certainly enjoyed it. A tasty yet healthy week-night meal!
