These crispy Easter nests were so easy to make and they were delicious too. I used puffed brown rice, and melted marshmallow in a saucepan instead of marshmallow fluff. I also shaped the nests in the muffin tins greased with butter instead of paper cups. After they cooled completely, I ran a serving knife through the edges and the nests came out nicely without any sticking problem. Then decorated them with dyed coconut flakes and malted chocolate Easter eggs, they not only looked great, but also tasted delicious.
