A delicious meal. Made it for dinner tonight, and it was super. I cooked in the pan instead of microwave, which was definitely my way of cooking (use stove and oven as much as possible). I used chicken instead of turkey. Cut the chicken breast into 1/2-inch cube, then browned it in bacon fat that was left from cooking the bacon. Didn't have cream, so used 1% milk plus cornstarch to create creamy and thick consistency but without lots of fat, which made the meal much less calories and fat. Bur it still tasted creamily delicious. If you are looking for ways to use up your leftover turkey, this recipe should be on your to-do list.
