These cookies were crispy on the outside, slightly soft in the inside, the kind of texture I love. I used 1 cup of each whole wheat flour and oat. Cranberries, chocolate chips and pecans made these cookies amazingly delicious, and I am glad that I added some pecans, which really gave the cookies some nuttiness and another layer of texture. Made them two days ago, and they were almost gone. Next time I will double the batch :)
