Nothing is special or complicated in this recipe, but it delivers some outstanding flavor. We used the beet greens attached to the beets, they were in a very good shape, so decided to make something with these greens. This quick-easy recipe was definitely a good pick. Vinegar, cayenne pepper, and sesame seeds gave the greens lots of deliciousness. It's a great side dish that can go well with most of the main courses.
