This banana bread was so moist and delicious. I only made one loaf by halving the recipe. I used whole-fat sour cream, 2 medium sized bananas, 1 tablespoon of each butter and olive oil, and used white whole wheat flour. I only added 1/3 cup of turbinado sugar, and the bread was sweet enough for me. It's hard to resist any kind of banana bread, and this one is certainly another winner!
