Quite good, a bit fiddly to stuff the baby peppers but quite tasty. I felt that adding some fresh basil or mint would brighten the flavor a bit or perhaps add some balsamic glaze. Nice light creamy stuffing and the peas added some nice texture. Overall a great presentation and dish that would be sure to please your guests. They could be prepared in advance, even the day before and then popped in the oven.
