A delicious yet moist bananan cake, we have had this cake for breakfast, snack and dessert for a few days. I used 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, brown sugar and reduced the amount to 2/3 cup. I guess my marbling skill wasn't good enough, you can see it in the photos. But it still tasted delicious! no doubt :) With a cup of coffee or tea is even better~ If you are big on banana bread or cake, you should certainly give this recipe a go~
