Totally agree with the first comment, these mini cheesecakes or cheesecake bars were creamy and smooth, I used 8 ounces cream cheese and 8 ounces low-fat sour cream; the sliced strawberries being added inside the batter gave the extra layer of flavor, and just before serving, we sliced more strawberries, laid them on top, and it was delicious, another family keeper!
