Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Cover; refrigerate overnight.

Store in refrigerator up to one week.

Serve cold or hot with skim milk or low-fat yogurt if desired.

To heat one serving, place ¾ cup cereal in a 2-cup microwavable bowl.

Microwave on HIGH 1 minute 30 secondsto 2 minutes or until heated through.

Stir well.
