Simple, quick and easy homemade soup that is low in fat, a meal by itself. It is even low carb and even the kids love this chicken noodle soup.

Directions

Very simple and easy. Put water, chicken and seasonings into large pot.

Cover & cook over medium heat until chicken is done (about 1 hour to be safe).

Remove the chicken from pot, let cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Return chicken back into the pot along with the vegetables and noodles.

Continue cooking until the noodles are done (about 15 minutes).

Serve.
