Ingredients

4pounds beef, short ribs lean
½cup water
½teaspoon seasoned salt
Barbecue sauce
1cup rhubarb sliced*
1envelope onion soup mix *
cup honeyVideo
cup chili sauce
¾cup rose wine *
cup water
½teaspoon basilVideo *
teaspoon black pepper *
Garnish
1x red onion
1x greens *

Directions

Place ribs in 9 X 13" pan.

Add ½ cup water.

Sprinkle ribs with seasoned salt.

Cover with foil.

Bake @ 350℉ (180℃) for two hours.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except garnish in a sauce pan.

Simmer ½ hour.

Pour over ribs.

Bake another ½ hour uncovered.

Baste several times.

Place on serving platter.

Garnish. Serves 6.
