Ingredients

2cups rolled oats
1 1/2cups carrots grated
1/2cup string beans diced
1/2cup cabbage diced
1/2cup mushrooms diced
1/2cup broccoli florets diced
1/2cup onions diced
1clove garlic pressed
3tablespoons flour, all-purpose approximately
1/4cup water
1/4cup soy sauce
1x salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together - shape into patties.

Brown patties on both sides - place in a baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
