| 2 | cups | rolled oats | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | carrots | grated |
| 1/2 | cup | string beans | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | cabbage | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | mushrooms | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | broccoli florets | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | onions | diced |
| 1 | clove | garlic | pressed |
| 3 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | approximately |
| 1/4 | cup | water | |
| 1/4 | cup | soy sauce | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
Mix all the ingredients together - shape into patties.
Brown patties on both sides - place in a baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
