Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
2 each scallions, spring or green onions
1 each sweet red bell pepper cored, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
3/4 teaspoon thyme dried
1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 each hamburger buns toasted
1/4 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style

Directions

Prepare hot coals for grilling.

Place the ground turkey in a bowl and mix well.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Gently form into 4 patties.

Grill patties over hot coals, 3 inch from heat, for about 5-6 minutes.
