| 1 | pound | ground turkey | |
| 2 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | |
| 1 | each | sweet red bell pepper | cored, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic | minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | cilantro | chopped |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | thyme | dried |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cumin | ground |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 4 | each | hamburger buns | toasted |
| 1/4 | cup | salad dressing, mayonnaise style |
Prepare hot coals for grilling.
Place the ground turkey in a bowl and mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Gently form into 4 patties.
Grill patties over hot coals, 3 inch from heat, for about 5-6 minutes.
