Tuna with Biscuits

Ingredients

1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tablespoons margarine, non-fat
6 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon, powdered
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon thyme dried
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups milk, skim
1 1/2 cups water
13 ounces tuna, canned flaked, drained
2 cups green peas and carrots, frozen
3 tablespoons parsley leaves
1 package refrigerator biscuits

Directions

Cook onion in margarine until tender but not brown.

Stir in flour, buillion granules, salt, thyme and pepper.

Add milk and water.

Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

Stir in fish and cooked vegs and parsley.

Heat till bubbly.

Immediately pour into a 1 1/2--2quart casserole dish.

Place biscuits on top and bake in a 400 degree F oven about 10-12 minutes.

(Cover top with aluminum foil after 7-8 min. to keep top from getting too brown).
