| 3 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 2 | packages | candies | chocolate |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 2 | packages | miniature peanut butter cups | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | brown sugar | firmly packed |
| 6 | ounces | chocolate chips | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | butter | or margarine, soften |
| 2 | cups | pecans | chopped |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | peanuts | chopped |
Mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to form a firm dough.
Divide into three parts.
E. T. Cookies: fold into the dough 1 cup chopped peanuts and 2, 1.95 oz. (candy counter size) packages of peanut butter cup miniatures.
M & M Cookies: fold into the dough 1 cup chopped pecans and 2, 1.69 oz. packages (candy counter size) of plain chocolate candies.
Chocolate Chip Cookies: fold into the dough chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes at 375~.
Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to rack to cool all the way.

Well, sounds interesting but this is not a "paella" (paella names come form the reciepient used and NEVER is made at the owen), neither the typical way how we cook the rice here in Barcelona. Sorry to sound too "purist" but I had to say it.
