Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds cranberries
2 cups maple sugar
1 1/2 cups birch sap

Directions

Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool and serve.
