| 1 | cup | butter | softened |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 8 | ounces | cheddar cheese | grated |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | cups | rice cereal |
Mix butter, flour, cheese and seasonings and stir lightly.
By teaspoons, roll into balls and put on a cookie sheet.
Dip fork tines into flour and and press into each wafer in a crisscross pattern.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Store in airtight containers till ready to serve!
