| 4 | each | tea bags | regular strength |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | lemon zest | finely grated |
| 4 | cups | water | boiling |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | or substitute |
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 1 | teaspoon | almond extract | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | vanilla extract |
Refreshing taste treat.
Place tea bags and lemon rind in large scalded teapot or pan.
Pour in boiling water.
Cover and steep 5 min.
Stir in sugar, lemon juice, almond extract and vanilla.
Serve at once.
Serves 4 - 6.
NOTE: 1/4 cup honey may be substituted for sugar.
Place a fresh mint leaf in bottom of cup before pouring in tea.
