Ingredients

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons chives fresh, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)

Directions

Blend the blue cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill.

Makes about 2 cups of dip.

SUGGESTED DIPPERS: carrots, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, apple, pearapple, cocktail black bread, italian or french bread chunks
