Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 package chili seasoning mix
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 can evaporated milk
1 box corn muffin mix
1 cup cheddar cheese grated

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain grease.

Add onion, celery and green peppers.

Saute until tender.

Mix in tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Mix well.

Pour into greased casserole dish.

Mix milk and corn muffin mix together.

Pour over top of meat mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.

After removing from oven sprinkle with cheddar cheese and let it melt.
