| 10 3/4 | ounces | chicken broth | condensed |
| 3 | ounces | oriental noodles | chicken flavored, broken up |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes | ground |
| 3 | cups | chicken | cooked, cubed, |
| 2 | each | apples | cored, coarsely chopped |
| 6 | ounces | snow pea pods | frozen, cut up |
| 4 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | sliced into 1 1/2 inch lengthwise |
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven stir together chicken broth, noodles and flavoring packet, red pepper, and 3 soup cans of water.
Bring to boiling, reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Return to boiling. Serve at once.

I have made this chicken many times, it's simple to make, fast and great for company throw a few on the BBQ serve with either a side salad or simple rice and you have yourself a very elegant and very tasty meal.
