Ingredients

1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 x ginger grated to taste
1 x garlic minced
1 x szechuan hot bean paste to taste
1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
1 x pasta hot cooked fresh
1 x scallions, spring or green onions garnish shaved

Directions

Mix all ingredients and add to pasta; toss to coat, garnish and serve immediately.

Note: Only use enough sauce to coat the pasta.

Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator.
