| 1/2 | cup | soy sauce | |
| 1 | x | ginger | grated to taste |
| 1 | x | garlic | minced |
| 1 | x | szechuan hot bean paste | to taste |
| 1/4 | cup | peanut butter | creamy |
| 1 | x | pasta | hot cooked fresh |
| 1 | x | scallions, spring or green onions | garnish shaved |
Mix all ingredients and add to pasta; toss to coat, garnish and serve immediately.
Note: Only use enough sauce to coat the pasta.
Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator.
