Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup apple chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup beets cooked, chopped
6 slices lettuce
6 each sweet red pepper rings cut in half

Directions

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; mix well.

Toss apple with lemon juice.

Add mayonnaise mixture and beets, mix lightly.

Chill. For each serving, place 1/2 cup salad on lettuce slice.

Surround with 2 half-slices of red pepper, molding the salad o form a heart shape.

Beef Ziti Casserole

I was very impressed with this meal. It's easy to make, and was delicious. I did, however, make it with cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom soup. Excellent flavor. Good combination of veggies, meat and pasta.
