Ingredients

16 ounces mixed vegetables frozen, broccoil, cauliflower, pea , pods and yellow peppers, thawed and drained
1 cup turkey cubed, cooked
2 bottles sweet and sour sauce
11 ounces mandarin oranges slices
8 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
3 cups rice white, raw, converted
2 cups water (up to 3 c)

Directions

In Crock-Pot combine vegetables, turkey, 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce, uncooked white rice, and water.

Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or High 3 to 4 hours.

In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in canned fruit and second bottle of sweet and sour sauce.

Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops

These lamb chops were excellent. My husband loves lamb and he insists these are the absolute best he's ever had. They were tasty and even though we like them a little more done than medium rare, they were still melt-in-your-mouth tender.
