| 2 | bottles | sweet and sour sauce | |

| 8 | ounces | pineapple | chunks in juice |
| 3 | cups | rice | white, raw, converted |
| 2 | cups | water | (up to 3 c) |
In Crock-Pot combine vegetables, turkey, 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce, uncooked white rice, and water.
Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or High 3 to 4 hours.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in canned fruit and second bottle of sweet and sour sauce.

These lamb chops were excellent. My husband loves lamb and he insists these are the absolute best he's ever had. They were tasty and even though we like them a little more done than medium rare, they were still melt-in-your-mouth tender.
