Ingredients

28 ounces tomatoes, canned, whole, peeled with juice, chopped
3 cups celery thinly sliced
19 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans) canned, pureed
1 medium cucumber peeled, diced
1 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
4 ounces green chili peppers, canned chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 teaspoon cumin ground
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

In a large glass bowl, combine all.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
