| 1 | cup | sunflower seeds | unsalted |
| 1/2 | cup | raisins, seedless | firmly packed |
| 2 | cups | oats | old-fashioned |
| 2 | cups | coconut | unsweetened dried shredded |
| 1 | cup | whole wheat flour | |
| 1/2 | cup | ground flax seed | |
| 1/2 | cup | cocoa powder | unsweetened |
| 2 | tablespoons | cinnamon | ground |
| 1 | tablespoon | allspice | ground |
| 1 | tablespoon | cloves | ground |
| 1 | tablespoon | ginger | ground |
| 1/4 | cup | lime juice | fresh |
1. Prep: carrots, raisins, sunflower seeds, nuts
2. In huge bowl, mix: oats, 2 cups shredded coconut, flour, flax seeds, cocoa, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, ginger, baking soda, salt
3. In large bowl, mix: oil, 1 1/2 cups honey, applesauce, pineapple, sour cream, yogurt, eggs
4. Add wet mixture to dry.
5. Add prepped ingredients.
6. Form thick-edged layer in 16x2 dark pan.
7. Bake 90 minutes at 300.
8. Cool.
9. Blend: cream cheese, butter, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup honey, orange juice, lime juice
10. Frost.
