Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pasta, elbow macaroni
1 cup green beans sliced
1/2 each capsicum red, finely sliced
1/2 cup celery finely sliced
1/4 cup shallots chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, fat free
1 x lettuce shredded, for serving

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss thoroughly.

Chill until needed.

Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.
