| 1 1/2 | cups | pasta, elbow macaroni | |
| 1 | cup | green beans | sliced |
| 1/2 | each | capsicum | red, finely sliced |
| 1/2 | cup | celery | finely sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | shallots | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | mayonnaise, fat free | |
| 1 | x | lettuce | shredded, for serving |
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss thoroughly.
Chill until needed.
Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.

Very nice, raisins inside the cookies, very yummy, I made this recipe not only on Christmas but also in normal time, I love them very much!
