| 4 | strips | sirloin steak | 6 ounces each |
| 6 | ounces | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | tablespoons | red pepper flakes | |
| 4 | each | sub rolls | 6 inches |
| 1 | pound | onions | thinly sliced rings |
| 2 | cups | milk | |
| 1 | x | vegetable oil |
Combine flour and pepper.
Mix well.
Soak onion in milk 15 mins.
Drain and dust with flour and pepper mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.
Broil steaks as desired; place in rolls, top with onions.
