Ingredients

4 strips sirloin steak 6 ounces each
6 ounces flour, all-purpose
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
4 each sub rolls 6 inches
1 pound onions thinly sliced rings
2 cups milk
1 x vegetable oil

Directions

Combine flour and pepper.

Mix well.

Soak onion in milk 15 mins.

Drain and dust with flour and pepper mixture.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.

Broil steaks as desired; place in rolls, top with onions.
