Ingredients

2 pounds beef steak
1 x salt
1 x black pepper
1 x flour, all-purpose
1 package gravy mix, brown onion flavor
1 each soup, cream of mushroom can
2 cups water

Directions

Salt and pepper meat and dip in flour. Fry until brown. Place in crockpot. Add water, soup and gravy mix. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This was a superb recipe. I cooked it last night for my mom and dad. Mom normally hates chicken but I do believe she was in total ecstacy when she took the first bite.
