Ingredients

1 pound spinach cleaned, patted, dry, torn into pieces
1 x mushrooms, canned sliced, raw, as much as you can afford
6 slices bacon fried,, drained, and crumbled
6 large eggs hardboiled eggs, chilled, and sliced
1 bag radishes ,, (again, as many as you have)
1 each red onion sliced, optional
Dressing
1/2 pint sour cream
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 envelope garlic cheese dressing mix

Directions

Mix the dressing ingredients, let stand while you prepare the other ingredients.

Toss and serve.

Almond-Crusted Chicken Breasts

Turned out very well. My 12 year old liked it, and my 4 year old, though apprehensive, ate it without complaint. I removed the crust and fed it to our 11 month old too.
