Ingredients

1 package spinach frozen
1 each yellow squash diced
1/2 each onion minced
2 each carrots diced
4 cloves garlic minced
6 ounces v8 juice
1/2 cup navy beans
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 8-10 hrs.
