Cook spinach until done according to the package directions.
Drain well and make sure to squeeze out excess water.
Brown crumbs in margarine.
Mix onion soup, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese with spinach.
Pour in greased pan.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 300℉ (150℃) for 45 min.
