Ingredients

1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves dried and crushed
1 teaspoon basil dried and crushed
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves dried and crushed
1 large tomato diced
1 medium shrimp peeled, deveined
1/4 cup beer room temperature
3 cups rice cooked

Directions

In large skillet over high heat, combine margarine, garlic and worcestershire sauce; add seasoning and herbs. When margarine is melted, add tomato and shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly. Add beer and cover; cook for 1 minute longer or until shrimp are pink. Serve over rice.
