| 1 | teaspoon | sesame seeds | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | soy sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sesame oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | soy bean paste | hot |
| 3 | lemon juice |
Clean and peel the cucumber.
Cut into slices, and then smaller pieces.
Add salt and mix.
Let salt soak in for 15 minutes.
Rinse cucumber and dry it.
Blend cucmber first then add sesame seed, sugar, soy sauce, hot soybean paste, and lemon.
Chill and serve.

After dinner is over with, it’s time for a nice period of relaxation. It could be called a nap, but not everyone sleeps right away....
Excellent!! The BEST rolls I have ever made or taseted!! I make maybe 12-15 out of a batch rather than the suggested 18. They are larger and closer in size to a traditional roll.
