Directions

In a large skillet over medium high heat add the onion and ground beef. Brown and drain off any excess fat. About 5 minutes.

Add the green beans and tomato soup. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 8 or 9 minutes.

Transfer the mixture into a suitably sized baking dish . Spoon the mashed potatoes and spread over the top of the meat mixture. Top with the grated cheese.

Bake on high in a NuWave or FlavorWave oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.

Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from the oven and serving.

A can of biscuits can be substituted for the mashed potatoes if desired. Just separate the biscuits, arrange over the meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese and bake for up to 20 minutes.
