Ingredients

4 pounds beef roast rolled
1 large can tomatoes, canned, whole, peeled
1 Jar green spanish style olives with juice
1/2 cup water

Directions

Brown the roast in a large pot.

Add all ingredients.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until meat falls apart.

Best Ever Low-Fat Baked Chicken
