Ingredients

1 can spam
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 large eggs beaten
6 slices american cheese
6 each bagels sliced

Directions

Slice Spam into 6 slices (3x1/4").

In skillet, sauté Spam over medium heat until lightly browned.

Remove from skillet; keep warm.

In same skillet, melt butter; pour into beaten eggs.

Cook and stir to desired doneness.

Layer scrambled eggs, Spam, and cheese on bagel bottom.

Cover with bagel top.
