35 minPrimavera means spring, and this one brings a garden’s worth of vegetables to the table.
Julienned SPAM strips add savory, salty bites alongside tender broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, all tossed with fettuccine in a light cream sauce made with skim milk, chicken broth, and dried basil.
A generous shower of grated Parmesan pulls everything together.
It feeds eight, which makes it a solid choice for family dinners or casual entertaining without breaking a sweat.
Pro Tips
- Cut the SPAM into thin julienne strips so they distribute evenly through the pasta.
- Use fresh broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower if you have them. Blanch until crisp-tender before tossing in.
- Stir the Parmesan in off the heat so it melts into the sauce without clumping.
