Sour Cream Cherry Pie

Ingredients

2cups cherries pitted black or red
1x pastry of your choice
3large eggs
3/4cup sour cream
1/2-3/4cups sugar
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon almond extract

Directions

Pour cherries into an unbaked 8" pie shell.

Beat eggs well, add sour cream, sugar and beat until thick. Add salt, almond extract.

Stir and pour over cherries.

Top with lattice strips and bake on bottom shelf of oven at 400 degrees F for 25-35 minutes.
