| 1/4 | pound | ground chicken | |
| 1/4 | pound | ground pork | |
| 1/4 | pound | ground beef, lean | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk | whole |
| 2 | large | eggs | lightly beaten |
| 1/2 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1/2 | cup | honey | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
| glaze | |||
| 2 | tablespoons | prepared mustard | hot |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic | crushed |
| 1/4 | cup | apricot preserves (jam) | |
Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper.
Shape into a loaf and put in pan.
Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf.
Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours.
