20 minThis pie is three desserts stacked into one, and somehow it works.
A buttery graham cracker crust holds a dense fudge layer made with both semisweet and unsweetened chocolate, hiding chunks of chopped Snickers bars throughout. On top of that sits a smooth, tangy cream cheese layer finished with melted milk chocolate and cream.
Every slice gives you the crunch of the crust, the fudgy chew of the brownie middle, pockets of caramel and peanut from the candy bars, and that cool cream cheese cap.
This is a special-occasion pie that earns its place at the center of the table.
Kitchen Tips
- Cool the melted chocolate mixture before beating it into the eggs. Warm chocolate will cook them.
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature for a smooth, lump-free layer.
- Chill the finished pie thoroughly before slicing. The layers need time to set so they hold their shape on the plate.
