| 1 1/3 | cups | wheat flakes | no sugar or salt added |
| 2/3 | cup | flour, self-rising | |
| 1/4 | cup | raisins, seedless | plumped |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | packed |
| 1/2 | cup | milk, skim | |
| 2 | tablespoons | margarine | melted, cooled |
Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
Coat a medium-size baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a medium-size bowl, combine cereal, flour, raisins and brown sugar.
Add milk and melted margarine and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Makes about 10 scones.
