Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 1/4 ounces shrimp tiny, rinsed, drained
1 each egg hard-cooked, chopped
3 tablespoons onions green, finely chopped, with tops
1 x flatbread

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread.
