| 1/4 | cup | sour cream | |

| 4 1/4 | ounces | shrimp | tiny, rinsed, drained |
| 1 | each | egg | hard-cooked, chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | onions | green, finely chopped, with tops |
| 1 | x | flatbread |
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread.
