Ingredients

3 cups buckwheat groats
1/2 cup cracked wheat
1/2 cup red onion diced
1/3 cup celery diced
1/4 cup sweet bell pepper diced
1/4 cup safflower oil
1 cup mushrooms sliced
1 cup tomatoes diced
1/3 cup almonds slivered
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves dried

Directions

Combine the buckwheat groats and cracked wheat in a bowl and set aside.

Saute the onion, celery and green pepper in the oil until light brown, seasoning with the onion and garlic powder.

Add the mushrooms and brown.

Stir in the tomatoes and stir for 2 minutes.

Add the buckwheat mixture and mix well.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put into a lightly oiled baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees F. oven.
